I bought this for three men in my life. Loved getting back into this series and seeing the other side of the eldest brother! Highly recommend it but I'd read this series in order, can't wait for the next one!. They both drank lots of water.
I do not recommend this book. I also enjoy reading and writing reviews myself. It nicely addresses various options for each clinical presentation and interventions for each of the disorders. I have already started eating clean and it really makes a difference. I was referred to this book by a friend after voicing my concerns about VOC's. No need to get up extra-early, pay membership fees, and battle traffic to get to a gym. I'd write a longer review, except I have to have sex for at least 45 minutes at a time (after reading the recommendation in this book), and so there's not as much time
