While Kiram tries to figure out how to handle Javier, he also wants to find a cure for Javier's curse, which may not even be that. There are many ways to stay healthy, but one method that I found good was to eat clean. This book was very well written, the author has done a tremendous job. The author claims MIG is much more common, and thus ignores flux core altogether. However, a short review of the book and I was aware of how well it was written and how critically important it was to give the book to my 14 year old marshal artist. This is not a "sex" book, so don't look for any really graphic parts. Schwartz lived in Boulder, Colorado, one of the world's leading cities for runners, although it is not clear whether he moved there because of his running or for some other reason.
