Samplers, which are oblong pieces of linen embellished with patterns embroidered in silk threads, were first brought to America in the seventeenth century by settlers from England and northern Europe. However, a short review of the book and I was aware of how well it was written and how critically important it was to give the book to my 14 year old marshal artist. I hope for the best for anyone else in this lifes journey. A majority of the illustrations come directly out of the Naval Aviators book,
