It's jarring to read a short bio from 1815 and then the very next one from 1985.. The character designs were very nice. Each guide provided some useful information that was not available in the others (and each was lacking in some way), but the ISI guide seemed to have a strong political agenda that, unfortunately, clouded the opinions provided. It doesn't bother me in the least.
The reason I took one star off is because there is an issue with the third printing which is the most recent as of the date I am writing this (Feb. While I got some good ideas, I was disappointed overall. That brought desperation that led to revelation. I'm glad people are talking about mental illness and this book will hopefully encourage someone who needs it to get help. Not just the ETL membersboth the front/back room technicians will benefit from understanding the clear presentation of what can be in scope (dare I say, "best practice" yikes!) for ETL processing.
