I got this book in preparation for an upcoming concert. I'm convinced.
But there are some shortcomings. I took more time reading this book because I needed to absorb what these women had done and sacrificed for our country. All of the relationships, history, and lore are assumed with little renewed explanation. If your like me I suggest you purchase. I would put this on my shelf next to "the clinicians handbook of natural medicine 2nd edition" since it has similar flow but by a different N.D. If you are initially unable to produce the entire harmonic series as he suggests, don't despair, as everyone's physical setup is different and some players find this step easier than others. The comments are so refreshing that it is a delight to reread them (for example, Peter Schickele: "John Cage was a poet and a philosopher disguised as a composer who taught the world that things are not what they seem, especially pianos.")
