The word chakra means "wheel of light" in the language of Sanskrit. The chakras are the body's internal energy centers, and are aligned vertically near the spine. The reason I took one star off is because there is an issue with the third printing which is the most recent as of the date I am writing this (Feb. Fox driving to the school on her bicycle. Very up to date. The tales are fascinating in their recollection of how different ideas came together to form solutions. What a perfect Earth Day read for students. This is what is, we live in a toxic world that WE have all helped to create and contribute to through our daily purchasing choices. I am a sometimes lapidary. The end pages have many little suggestions about going green such as "Carry your lunch in a reusable bag or sack." If you are thinking of "going green" at home or school, this book would be a perfect one to introduce to your own youngster or classroom that is if they aren't already trying to get you to go green!. I have tried to study for the Windows 95 Exam before, and decided to put down the book due to its rather obscure explanations
