Based on a true story. Augusta, Wisconsin 1996. Late one night in small white frame house in a very strict Old Order Amish community that does not have electricity, running water, or telephones, a man starts a bloody trail across the bedroom floor next to the double bed where his young wife sleeps soundly. The blood trail snakes down the narrow staircase through the kitchen out onto the front stoop and onto the gravel drive where it ends in a pool, so that Levi Hochstetler, age 21, will appear to have been taken violently from his bed. After awhile something wakes up Levi’s wife Rosanna. Perhaps it is the putrid smell of blood, or the barking dogs outside. She assumes her husband has gone to the outhouse but even in darkness she can see something on the floor. Definitely a keepsake.. This book did not help me at all. The best template is to find a paper from an online journal.. It nicely addresses various options for each clinical presentation and interventions for each of the disorders. I love the MacDonald trilogy! Can't wait to read the third book!. I have to say, while this is a good book it is definitely a little cliche. Wonderful book. The recipes in this book are very good for weight loss and detoxification. It is what the title says it is, Pure and Simple.
One final thing I must point out. Don't be intimidated by their size, you'll be surprised how fast you go through them just be prepared for a long trip back when it's over .. The Mushroom Sausages are amazing and I cannot believe that I have been eating meat sausages without ever knowing about this alternative. But how many of us know that God has a way of bringing you to the end of yourself. This book will be a great addition to my library.. Very well thought out and helpful.
