It is a very usefull book to keep your training for a marathon in sync with your nutrition. THE IMAGE ABOVE IS WRONG!!! BUYER BEWARE.. I knew the author personally, so enjoyed reading about her life.
She is an amazing woman and glad to read of different times

While it’s an excellent guide for people who are just beginning to change their diet, it’s also useful for people like myself who have been working toward a cleaner diet for a while. "I always knew that my raison d'etre, as far as physical activity was concerned, was running. This is a must read book for all managers in airlines.. Baltic is helping her but he is still holding a lot back (as dragons tend to do). Prematurely and irrationally resume running.
